E-Com OS — a concern of TradeUp BD — was born out of a real frustration. Our founders, themselves e-commerce sellers, were tired of juggling 5–10 different tools: separate sheets for orders, manual courier entries, no real-time profit visibility, and zero fraud protection.

In 2024, we set out to build the operating system Bangladeshi e-commerce businesses truly deserve — one that speaks the language of local couriers like Pathao, Steadfast, and RedX; integrates seamlessly with Meta Ads; automates SMS communications; and delivers real-time profit analytics — all under one roof.

Today, E-Com OS powers 500+ active brands across Bangladesh, processing millions in monthly revenue. We are a team of passionate engineers, product designers, and e-commerce veterans committed to building the best logistics and business intelligence platform for emerging markets.
